I had a miscarriage yesterday afternoon and I didn’t even know I was pregnant... I’m not sure how to cope with this... I was 3 to 3 and a half months pregnant and I had no signs... No missed period, no nothing except for flutters which I dismissed as phantom kicks, and being more tired than normal..I didn’t even realize... This is my 5th pregnancy, my 3rd miscarriage... How did I not know?
