I can’t get pregnant

My fiancé & I have been trying to get pregnant for about a year now. We have both been to multiple different doctors and nothing seems to be wrong & they are no help. I’m on Prenatal Vitamins to help, we do it when I’m ovulating. We literally do it 5-7 a week, but is there anything else we could do. Any tips? I know it sounds crazy, tips on how to get pregnant, but I’m serious guys. It seems we can’t get pregnant for anything.
