Why does my butt hurt?

So it’s from being kinky because I don’t do any of that. Down by my butthole the cheeks and skin around it is so sore. it’s not hemorrhoids . I had them from giving birth they was the worst part of having a kid. I’m not sure what the deal is my butt hurts! And the skin is really really red and sore it’s also soft what could it be?

Also the skin looks really purple actually I seen it in better light and like stretch idk it’s Gross looking and hurts 🤢😩 is there anything I can put on it?
