6 weeks and hair dye?

I’m currently exactly 6 weeks pregnant and I’m wanting to just go back to my natural chocolate brunette color. My hair is brunette now but is blonde in a few places and I just want to go back to being completely brunette. My mom is a hair stylist and said it’s completely safe..she said she colored her hair (root touch ups/highlights) with each pregnancy. I just want to make sure this is safe😫
