Ending my EPing journey

So my baby is almost 1 year old and I have been exclusively pumping for her since she was about 3days old. I have battled with a supply issue the whole time I have pumped. I am sad that it’s coming to an end but relieved that I will no longer have to worry with pumping,cleaning parts, and pumping some more. Does anyone have any suggestions about ending the pumping and how to deal with the emotional side of things. I only pump about 15-18 ozs per day and it’s about 4 or 5 sessions.
