TMI miscarriage?

Im supposed to be 6 weeks and 5 days today

I started to spot lightly on Wednesday morning and evening. I went to the doctor and said it was too soon to see anything and to come back in 3 weeks

On Thursday evening it happened again a couple of times with a little bit more

Today, Friday morning. I woke up with blood on my underwear and darker blood. Called the doctor she said it was probably old blood and at least it wasn't bright red

I insisted they see me, I went in, used the restroom and saw bright red in the toilet and I had blood on my pants as well, I told them what had just happened, they said they suspect a miscarriage, they gave me a rhogam shot just in case (which I knew I needed because this happened with my previous pregnancy and they gave it to me right away) and did blood work to check hcg levels and I have to go again on Sunday.

As soon as I get home from the doctors I use the restroom again because I felt discharge again and this is what came out .

I really hope I didn't miscarry but I'm trying to be realistic with myself. If anyone has gone through something similar please tell me the outcome. I can't wait until Monday 💔💔💔
