Usual spotting

According to Glow I ovulated this past Wednesday, which cramping on the right side I’m sure that I have. I had sex yesterday and started spotting today, had sex again and was spotting even more with lots of pain on the left side all the way into my back. Has anyone experienced this, should I be concerned? Could it be implantation bleeding?? I’ve never spotted in between my period before and it’s still about a week or so away.
