Transition to regular milk ?

My LO Is about to turn one next week...she has been on alimentum since she was 4 months. I tried regular cows milk and she got really sick...can I give her almond milk??

Goats milk or almond milk. My daughter has CMPA so I literally have no choice except to continue her formula (I give her at least 2 bottles of formula a day for the nutrients) & let her have almond milk whenever she’s thirsty. It’s what her ped recommended. As much as it sucks, it’s probably better to give a thing of formula a day and almond milk at other times (I’m just referring to drinks not real food.)

When my oldest turned one she hated milk!! She's 11 and still not a big fan. Her Dr said as long as she is eating a balanced diet then it's actually okay if she doesn't drink milk. And said Almond milk or soy milk would be perfectly fine.

I’d ask your doctor/pediatrician for advice on that. I don’t know if almond milk has the proper nutrition for a one year old.
