Nose piercing

Okay so I got my nose pierced a couple of days ago and I know this may be a weird question but I got the “L” shaped is it possible to got to the a shop that didn’t do it and ask if they can change it to a normal piercing with the back on it. The “L” shaped one is just giving me too many problems such as turning its self around with out doing anything to it which the guy said would happen but it’s getting really annoying. And if not can anyone help me with not having that happen?? And is there anything I can do to help with it not making me sneeze? Its really weird. It’s in a place that when the piercing touches a certain spot in my nose it makes me have sneezing fits...
