HELP!! PEIRCING GONE WEIRD

I got my ear lobe re-pierced about a month and a half ago & I cleaned it 3 times a day gave it hot salt soaks & used saline solution. I got my helix done also and my other lobe which have both healed lovely! But this red bump dosent want to go away and I don’t know what the hell it is or what I can do to get rid of the ugly thing!
