Yellowish gooey discharge daily, im a stresshead please be nice

So I have PCOS and suspected endo, im 22, a virgin,have only recieved oral late last year from my ex. Ive been swabber a lot for most things all coming back neg, I'm yet to be tested for gonorrhea. I tend to overthink a lot and I know dischRge is normal but ive been having this gooey yellowish mucousy discharge for almost a year now. Do you think if uve been swabbed that many times they would have detected gonorrhea by now? I got tested for clamydia and even had a pap smear.. Im sorry i just overthink a lot and id like to hear peoples thoughts. Ive heard hormone imbalance can be a cause too.
