birth plan
Is a birth plan a good idea? I’m a ftm and 38 weeks. I’m very aware that it might not go EXACTLY how I want it but I know there are a few things that I’d prefer like no epidural, delayed cord clamping, immediate skin to skin etc.
and I’d like it all written down. did you have a birth plan and was it helpful, even if it didn’t go exactly as planned?
