Symptoms- AF or Implantation??

Sudden onset of spotting/light bleeding, was unfortunately constipated all am and afternoon, extremely fatigued and I’m now feeling hot flashes, cramping and a headache and diarrhea-like defecation. I haven’t had a period since late July and had my implant removed early August so I’m unsure where my cycle is. Also unsure if it’s related but I’m having unusual gum pain too . Does this sound like AF or implantation bleeding?? Has anyone ever had implantation bleeding? If so how long after until a BFP?
