conch bump

I thought I was doing so good with this piercing- it hasn’t gotten infected like all my other piercings and over all it’s felt like it was healing pretty fast. i’ve had it for about 2 months now and i’m just now getting a lil bump and it’s super red, sore, and swollen. why why why??? and my skin is super sensitive to tea tree oil- so any other suggestions or should i just leave it be and keep cleaning with my unscented dove baby soap (per my new piercers advice)? sos
