Anyone get a regular abdominal ultrasound and were able to see the baby or hear the heartbeat ???

Mine was at 8 weeks and it was nonvaginal. They said to make sure I had a full bladder to help push the uterus up

I had abdominal at 6w6d. I’m also a tad overweight and had no issues.

Mine was at 8 weeks, make sure you drink a lot of water to fill your bladder for a good image. Think I drank 2 litres but wasn’t enough so had another 2 litres

Yes I got one at six weeks but I was really underweight so it was easier

Yes 6 weeks and 5 days had abdominal US bubs had a heartbeat but measured small
