Fruit. Healthy or not?
I know fruit is considered healthy but also some people say it isn’t because it has sugar. I thought sugar was okay if it was a natural sugar like fructose and not processed or something? I’m trying to eat healthier and so for breakfast I’m having a slice of toasted whole wheat bread with peanut butter and a banana sliced on top. This won’t fill me up so I was going to also have an apple or some strawberries. But I don’t want to overdo it on the sugar. Is fruit bad for weight loss? I’m not really trying to lose weight but I guess I am.
