When is the best time to have sex ..

I know it’s best to have sex every other day leading up to ovulation. But my question is, if I were to have sex once during my fertile window, is it best to have sex when the ovulation test is high or at its peak?

I'd say day after peak cause that's when you'd most likely be ovulating. My husband only had sex 2 days in my fertile window. 2 days before and day of ovulation 🤞🏻

I was told the day of your peak OPK (day before ovulation) and then the day of ovulation (next day). Once the egg is released it doesn't live very long, and it's preferable for the sperm to already be in there by the time you ovulate, so it's more important to BD the days before ovulation rather than after x
