What the heck body?!
So I cut out fast food and soda, low salt diet, eating more fruits and veggies, exercising more, eating healthier, lots of water, clothes are fitting better (Hey! Maybe I'm losing a few pounds!), got to the doctor for my appointment... I've gained two pounds... What the heck?!
I just got back on birth control (Daysee) a few months ago and have gained the weight back that I lost. Maybe it's that?
