Scared

Warning: content about death (incase somebody is triggered by that)

I'm 4 months pp and ebf my son.

Yesterday my grandmother died. She was practically my mother, raised me. She died of cancer , and really we were lucky. She lived 18 months, but was given the original estimation of 6 weeks.

With everything going on and all the stress I am under I am worried u am going to lose my milk supply and will have to switch to formula. I really wanted ti breastfeed until at least 6 months so I'm even more stressed out about that.

What do you guys think? Do you think I will lose my supply? Is there anything I can be doing to make sure I keep it?
