So much pain

I’m 34 weeks with my second, I have excruciating pain when I walk between my legs. What could that possibly be? I can’t tell if it’s more on the outside or the inside radiating to the outside, it hurts that bad! Any ideas for me? I’m over an hour from my doctor/hospital. Haven’t called doctor because I know baby is fine, moving around like normal and I’m not leaking or bleeding or anything. Last ultrasound at 32 weeks baby was plenty high and frank breech.
