Braxton hicks?

Hi. Need some advice...
I was in the hospital earlier for reduced movements, everything  was OK but I was having braxton hicks according  to the midwife. Only problem that was 6 hours ago and it's still happening. Anyone any ideas what to do? I'm 33 +4 weeks. Ta x

I have them constantly. Had them also all the time in my first pregnancy and still went 4 days past due date. My labor and delivery ended up super quick last time. So I see them as practice and making uterus stronger for the real deal. So I think they’re a good thing!

I’ve had them all day before and went in to be he led and everything was fine. Drink water and lay down, if they keep coming every few minutes call your doctor to be safe.

Drink lots of water and rest. If it’s still happening after that point then maybe call your doctor

If they’re not rhythmic or increasing in intensity I would just not worry about it. Call your doc if you’re really concerned but don’t freak out.
