Maternity Belt?

Question

Is anyone using a maternity belt? Do they really help? I'm considering one lately as I just feel so achey in my pelvic/lower back area lately. Also feel like he's sitting RIGHT on my bladder which gives me the constant urge to pee. 
Any suggestions on specific ones or should I just search on Amazon?

I have been wearing a belly band from BaoBei Maternity since about month 4. I have had a hernia since I was born (stomach muscles never fully closed behind my belly button where umbilical cord was attached), and I have a sway back. Not only did I get big fast, my back has hurt since about month 3. The belly band has really helped keep me comfortable - it’s made out of stretchy fabric so I barely notice it throughout the day, but gives a lot of support. Plus it helps keeps my outie belly button from showing through my shirts! 😂

I was having issues with baby sitting on a nerve (that’s what the doctor said) and I’ve also had some kidney pain, so they gave me the brace. It helped so much. I wear it whenever I have pain down there for a couple hours and it truly relieves the pain. I have no idea what brand it is- it’s whatever my hospital carries but here is a picture.

I bought one and it is the best thing ever! It immediately ease my back pain and pelvis pain. Definitely worth the money. X

It helps but after a while it gets too hot and it makes my belly feel more heavy. It just depends what I’m doing.

It helps with the pain and such but all 3 of my kids have instantly started freaking out when I strapped it on like they were being squeezed to death so I had to stop wearing it

My doctor recommended that I start wearing one since my baby boy is sitting pretty low. I notice a huge difference on days that I don’t wear it and I feel more exhausted in all areas of my body. I bought the one from Motherhood Maternity. I also wear it when I workout since I’m still doing/teaching a high intensity cardio class.
