Sleeping through the night
Any tips on getting your breastfed baby to sleep through the night or to just sleep better in general? I feed him a bottle of breast milk before I put him down, about 4 0z. On a good night he’s up every 3 hours. He nurses frequently throughout the day but only for about 5 mins. He’ll be 5 months on Monday so am I expecting too much too soon? TIA
