I am in full panic mode. Crying as I write this. My husband and I are pregnant. This should be joyous news but we cannot Afford a child right now. I have student loan I’m gonna be paying back for the next 4 years at $600 a month. My husband makes enough to cover our insurance, utilities, rent. I use whatever I have leftover from my job to buy groceries and gas money. We have NOTHING left over when all our bills are paid. We won’t be able to afford childcare and I absolutely cannot afford to stay home. We both need to be working. Does anyone have advice or can offer any sort of idea on how we can do this? We are legitimately thinking about adoption or something but that would kill us. We want Kids. This child is wanted but we just can’t take care of it.

Ps. The loans are private loans so I have no option to put them into forbearance. They must be paid and $600 a month is a freaking lot.
