Testing help!

I currently have done two rounds of letrozole and 1 Round of clomid. I go to my obgyn Thursday due to some pains in my abdomen that concerned me. I haven’t been able to get pregnant yet, and all I’ve ever had done is day 21 progesterone test. I want to know what is some kind of testing I should ask to get done? I see a lot of people talking aboutUltrasound testing,what is it for? Is that something I should asked to be done? I feel like I just want answers and want to know why I haven’t been able to get pregnant yet besides the fact that I wasn’t ovulating on my own but I am now with medication.
