What type of prenatals are you taking?

I can’t do pills I can only do gummies and the brand I have now is the smarty pants one and I have to take 6 of them a day I was looking for something that has great amounts of everything that you can take less then 6 of ?

I take the First Response ones and it’s 2 gummies once a day. Love them!

These are at Target for around $14. You only have to take 2 a day

You can always get capsules and take them apart and put the powder in juice and drink it. Gummies do not at all have what pill form does, not as natural, and don’t trust them. I use Garden of Life Raw Prenatal I take 2 of the recommended 3. The rest of my vitamins are in my daily shake I drink Shakeology! I also take a separate folic acid and Dha/epa supplement.

Make sure you are getting iron. I had to switch from gummies to pills because not all gummies have iron.

I got liquid pink stork vitamins... taste like literal butt however liquids are suppose to be mode highly absorbed
