Pregnant after miscarriage

So, I’m trying not to freak out but I need some reassurance. I had a miscarriage last month at 4w6d. I just took another test yesterday and it was positive. I *think that was 12dpo, but I never had a cycle in between my loss and getting pregnant again. I did track my ovulation, and while I expected not to, I believe I did ovulate on 9/20 (15 days after miscarriage)

I’m really trying not to freak out, but staying prepared for another. Anyone have a miscarriage, no cycle and become pregnant with a healthy baby after?? I feel much better about this pregnancy than the last one. Mothers intuition is a real thing! I do have a healthy 4 year old daughter.
