Nervous about chemical pregnancy

This is my second pregnancy, no history of complications or miscarriages but for whatever reason I am just so nervous this time. I think it’s because a friend recently had one, the internet, and finding out so early. I’m specifically concerned about chemical pregnancy since AF wasn’t due until this Friday/Saturday. Glow says I’m 3 weeks 3 days. So. Early. I already got excited and told my close friends/family not thinking about if AF came. Are these lines progressive enough for me to chill the f out?
