Trying to figure out when is the best time to BD?

Can any of you help please!! Lol. I am trying to figure out when the best time to BD is.. My glow app and Ava app have different ovulation days... I’m definitely doing the ovulation tests regardless. 
But i read that you shouldn’t have sex every day during your fertile window - and that it can actually hurt you instead of help you because there isn’t enough time for sperm counts to rise?

I heard recently from a Dr that it does not hurt to BD every day in your fertile window. He said that it can effect his volume but it’s not all just sperm and the sperm shouldn’t be effected. I’m ovulating on the 7th and my husband and I are BD every day of my window. It’s our second month trying and I think we didn’t BD enough the first month. Good luck hopefully it’s our month!!🤞🏻👶🏼🙏🏻
