Freaking out! Dilated cervix?

So I’m 13 weeks and 2 days pregnant. And I’m on progesterone, a little ball suppository pill. Soo I go to insert with my finger as usual after washing my hands and...my finger With the pill slipped right into my cervix without any resistance at all!

I pushed a little and pill popped right out. But my finger went in all the way to the first knuckle. I’m freaked out because I’ve had 5 miscarriages, but this has NEVER happened to me before. I have one son, he was a natural vaginal birth.. but my cervix never felt like this until I went into labor. So I’m freaking out. I went to the hospital around 11 weeks feeling that my cervix was a little open and literally no one would check it out. No one did anything. They made me feel like shit for even bothering them with such a thing in the first place, so now I don’t know who to talk to about this.

Has anyone else ever gone through a dilated cervix and carried to term?
