implantation beelding or AF?

So im looking for some advice please. My cylce is always 28 days. However on CD 21 i started getting very light brown spotting and ive had it for 4 days now on and off, theres no flow. Very mild cramps on one side, also on and off hardly noticeable. Its a week early for AF so im wondering could this be implantation bleeding or just early AF? Also im wondering has anyone else had this and turned out to be pregnant? I dont want to take a test yet in the fear of a BFN so probably will wait til AF due day! Tia x
