Is all this blood normal!?

So I have had the kylena IUD for 2 months now and I have been bleeding consistently since the second day after insertion. I’m not talking just spotting, I’m talking bleeding through a super+ tampon and a pad in 3 hours. Sometimes it’s not as bad but most of the time it is, not to mention the miserable cramps. I know spotting and cramps are normal but is that much blood normal? If so how long should I expect it to last?
