I don’t know how to feel right now.

According to my last period, I should be around 7 weeks and 5 days. I went today for my first ultrasound and only the yolk sac was there. My doctor wasn’t concerned at first, she just thought that I had ovulated later. When I told her I got my first positive pregnancy test on September 10th, she said she was worried about it. She’s going to do tests and I should know a little more next week. Does anyone else have any experience with this?
