Nauseated to the T

I dont think I can do this anymore! Im on my 10th week yet I still feel sluggish and blahhhhhh. I have a 2 yr old kid to look after and husband works overseas. Its just me and my kid and im noooooooot feeling ok at all!!! Days like this certainly just makes me wanna give up this pregnancy :(((((( and im so emotionaaaal :(
