Ok guys I need ur help

So on Monday I had a scare I started to bleed first it was spotting- went to the doc they did an US and saw baby and heartbeat was good all praise due to God. She also said cervix is closed which is reassuring. They call this a threatened miscarriage bc it can either lead to a miscarriage or the blood can go away and continue your pregnancy.. also doc had to check where the blood was coming from vaginally. After my checkup I went home and bleeding became heavier and doc started to tell me if it gets heavier to the point u get dizzy means ur miscarrying and I went crazy.

But thank god the bleeding became less and now it’s just when I wipe or with discharge

My question is (sorry for long rant), is that sometimes small pieces of tissue pinkish white tissue fall after I’m urinating sorry tmi. Idk if it’s normal or not. No cramps or anything thank god. I searched on google and some people said that it happened with them and they were fine. Did it happen with any of u?
