please help!!!!!!!

im 25+4 and had a uti a few weeks ago. only symptoms were blood in urine and frequent peeing. got put on an antibiotic and it cleared up. yesterday morning around 5am I woke up to pee and had blood in urine again then read up every 45 mins or so to pee and it was just dribbling. so I called my ob and they told me to go to labor and delivery. I went they did urine and everything in it came back fine just dehydrated. cervix was closed babies were moving and everything. came home drank lots of water. woke up to pee around 3 and was good. then back up around 7 and blood in pee again. then every half hour since I've been in to pee and still have blood in pee. hospital tried getting me that it probably wasn't pee that it was just dark. but it seems that the blood is only there in the mornings. could it be the way im sleeping that one or both of my babies is laying on my bladder or kidney causing it? here's a pic from about
