Still no BFP!

So my period should have started 10/3 I tested 10/2 and night and 10/3 early in the morning and both where negative! And now I’m 3 days late ! Haven’t tested since 10/3 but af still hasn’t shown! My question is how many of you didn’t get a BFP till 3+ days late ?
