How long did it take?

If you were 3cm dilated how long did it take for you to go into labor on your own?

I was at 4 cm at 36 weeks. Progressed to 4 1/2 in the hospital. 90 % effaced. They sent me home. I had my bloody show a few days later. I had my son at 37 weeks 1 day. You can stay dilated for a long time before you go into labor. The only reason I knew it would be soon was my bloody show. 4 days after that I was holding my baby.

I was 3cm 50% for 2 weeks. Then at my 39 week check up I was 5cm 80% and having contractions (I knew I was I just wait till my appointment) so she sent me to the hospital and I had baby 5 hours later!

Weeks. I was at a 3 with my 2nd kid for about 4ish weeks. I finally had a membrane strip at 38 weeks (I was between a 3-4) and it sent me into labor.

I was dialated to 3cm at 35 weeks until 41weeks when I went into labor.

I’ll be 38 weeks exactly tomorrow. My Dr said she doesn’t do membrane sweeps until 39 going on 40 weeks🤦🏻‍♀️ Swear it’s like age wants me being miserable!
