Bubbly vagina?

Some background I haven’t gotten my period for nearly 5 months now and I did absolutely everything to get it. I have white discharge it doesn’t smell but it’s definitely annoying and I often get a bubbly vagina. It feels like that feeling (I’m sorry) when a fart slides up your vagina but constant. I googled it and of course google likes to give me bad news. I was wondering what causes this and how can I get rid of it. It happens maybe three times out the month since I haven’t had my period.
