Quick ways to get rid of a fever and sore throat ?

Any ways to get rid of all this ?!!! I have so many important things to do!!

The best way to get rid of a fever, and ACTUALLY heal, not just mask the symptoms- is to rest and let the fever do its job.
A fever is your body's way of killing off bad bacteria that's entered your body. When we take medication to lower a fever it means there is not much else there fighting that bacteria and it will often last longer and sometimes get worse before it gets better.
The best thing to do is stay hydrated (watered down gatotaid can help),  clear liquid diet or BRAT diet IF you can tolerate it, rest. I know you're busy but none of that matters if you end up sick as a dog. So take one day off in the beginning (now) to rest so you don't end up needing a week later because it got worse.
As for the sore throat.. strong peppermint tea with honey, lemon, and fresh ginger slices. It will taste good and it will soothe your throat while you heal.
You can also get "sleepy time tea- thrat tamer" from celestial seasonings and add a little honey and lemon to that, too.
