Pregnant and getting married in 6 weeks!

I’m freaking out y’all! I am set to get married in 6 weeks and just found out I am pregnant! Right at 4 weeks. I am always really good at charting and keeping track of ovulation and when to stay away bc I can’t take birth control due to the terrible side effects I have on it. I tried the Mirena years ago and had an ectopic that almost killed me...I’ve literally tried it all! Well I was super busy the weekend I ovulated, wedding dress shopping and wedding shopping with my family and friends plus I’ve already got 3 kids that keep me busy...I lost track and caught I was ovulating after the fact. 🤦🏼‍♀️ I thought no way it’s just one time I’ll be fine...no not the case! Tested yesterday and it’s positive. I’m in shock and just so upset bc I’m so close to being married and doing it the way we planned! My dress is also form fitting and shows off my figure and I’m scared to death of what I’m gonna look like in it at 10 weeks pregnant! Anyone here been in the same boat or could give my some positive words? Then I won’t be able to drink at my reception and I know that’s gonna be a dead give away and people are gonna know! Seriously freaking out! 😱
