What is happening 🤔🤔

Alright,

So I was 5weeks, 5 days pregnant when I had a miscarriage (or what I though was a miscarriage- heavy bleeding) bloods come back at 5hcg. the day after my miscairrage ended- 22nd September I had unprotected sex with my DH. This is the only time I had unprotected this month. I got all these bfp on the 5th october. Test sensitivity is 25. I'm wondering if I never miscarried? As it seems way to early to detect a new pregnancy. 28 day cycle. Please help, I'm either 2 weeks, or 7,5 weeks x
