My first OB/GYN appointment

Hey I'm a teen and I'm going to my first ob/gyn appointment because I kinda lied to my mom sayin my period is acting weird which isn't the truth I took the morning after pill and now my body is all wonky and I'm not a professional so I think It's best to go to a actual certified medical doctor but I'm scared I have a few questions

1) can I ask them to not tell my mom anything that happens in the room

2) can i go alone with out being in the room

3) what exactly will happen during this appointment

4) will it hurt

5) even if I ask them not to tell my mom will they actually keep it a secret
