Autism Question

Hey Ladies, anyone here that has a child with autism, I’m taking my 16 month old daughter to our health nurse to be checked over on Tuesday, she’s not talking at all, mimicking, waving etc, not hitting any milestones really I was thinking it was maybe a problem with her hearing but the questions the nurse asked over the phone about her makes me think she could suspect autism?? I’m just looking for some advise or kids developing late. She runs around just shrieking, screaming , no babbling I’m just very worried!!!! 😢😢😢😢
