SOMEONE HELP I CANT SLEEP

😭i cant stop fucking over thinking. Ive tried working out, showering, relaxing, cosy clothes, closing my eyes for nearly an hour, listening to different playlists, dosing off to netflix. I cant stop replaying scenarios in my head. My life is especially stressful lately and i am anxious. I have work tmrw afternoon and shit to get done in the morning. My alarm is set for 8:30 and its already 4:10am 😭 i also tried turning on the a/c.

What should i think about or do to help me sleep??
