Speeding

My boyfriend gets angry when I drive 45 and under at night but I grew up in the country where deer and other animals are common and active at night. No matter how many times I explain this to him he won't listen and blames the animals themselves. He says the animals were stupid enough to get in front of him and he's actually tried to drive around a deer. Smh city boy. Nonetheless I suffer from depression, ptsd, and generalized anxiety disorder. I feel hurt he expects me to live as if I'll never be in danger. I'm literally scared of getting hurt or killed no matter where I am or who is with me. We don't have any guns in our home and no safety plans or anything. Please someone tell me should I be scared of a cop pulling me over for trying to be cautious???
