Need some advice. Normal or tell doctor?

Hello!

I have done my first round of clomid this past month and I went from a 6.5 to a 17.7 progesterone level! I was super excited. Yesterday I was spotting and I was even more excited until today when it was heavier and with clots (tmi sorry). My concern is that I have had super dull cramps, sometimes feels like gas and sometimes like someone punched me in the uterus, and been lightheaded. I was even at the store and had a slow hot flash that ran through my whole body. I have never had that before. I know this is my first round, but I wasn't sure if it was normal or if I need to tell my doctor. I dont want to be one to go with ever single thing that is different.
