he hasn’t changed (long)

I talked to someone on and off for 9 months, before we dated i’d always find out about him talking to other girls, and he has his ex over 2 days after one of my good friends passed away. then when I finally dated him, he would always talk shit about my mom and was mean to my brother even though they’re best friends. well I finally broke up with him and we didn’t talk at al for a couple of months. but now, he’s back in my life and at first things were different and he was better. now i’m realizing it seems like he’s gotten worse. like yesterday he bought me and him something to eat but didn’t get anything for my brother to “teach him a lesson”. he has a negative outlook towards EVERYTHING and talks shit about his friends. and is just straight up rude to people for absolutely no reason and then gets mad at me when it makes me mad.he stays at my house every night but doesn’t help me pay bills or help me clean it and when I ask for something small, like ice cream or something he acts like he doesn’t hear me. and he recently told me if I started hanging out with a couple friends of mine again he’d never talk to me again. there’s more, but to me that’s the most important. I need help, what would you ladies do?
