How can I wake her up?

So because my daughter Melody was born 3 weeks early, her doctor has requested we feed her every 3 hours which I’m fine with but Melody just sleeps sooo hard sometimes, and I need some tips on how to wake her up. She usually does whenever we change her diaper but right now she’s not dirty. We’ve also tried undressing her and wiping her down with something cool but nope, she doesn’t care today. Here’s a picture because she’s just so cute! 😍

Turn lights up super bright, tickle feet, talk loudly, undress. I had a preemie and it is really hard to wake them up! Also, make sure her temperature is okay. Our son kept getting cold and it was causing him to be lethargic.

Usually we would either change him, or just get him naked (down to diaper). If that didn’t work, then I would get a little more stimulating, like rubbing his belly or something like that.

My son was born at 27 weeks. Bottle feeding is the only thing keeping him in the NICU now.. He won't wake up for his care times sometimes so they won't give him a bottle and it counts against him. They won't do anything extra to wake him up if he doesn't after a diaper change and temp check. But when I'm here they let me decide if I wanna wake him up or let him sleep and if he's out I can't wake him up. I need some suggestions too! Not taking full bottle feedings every care time is the only thing keeping him here!!
