Any other mamas out there in the late first trimester have troubles being constipated?

Well today I was moving some furniture around so I could start working out again now that I finally have more motivation for that than hovering near a toilet for morning sickness. Just from exerting myself (before my workout) I had to go to the bathroom.

Yes I did a bit of a happy dance lol. I’m thinking that making sure I can work out will help me a lot with my bathroom troubles.

Hope all are doing as well as can be expected and that all the first trimester symptoms disappear 🤞🏼🤞🏼
